Birthday inquiry

This sends an inquiry, not a reservation. Packages cover up to 10 children: $350 with pieces taken home unfired, or $450 with firing for up to 10 pieces total. We’ll confirm your date, project, duration, supervision and any requested extras before booking.

Useful things for parents.

How do we reserve a birthday date?

Send your preferred date, children’s ages, group size and project choice. Our team will follow up with availability and a quote. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date. Your written confirmation will explain payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Can we bring cake or snacks?

Tell us your food and cake plans in the inquiry. We’ll confirm the space, timing, setup and cleanup arrangements with your quote. Kids sessions are alcohol-free.

What do the birthday packages cost?

Both studios offer a $350 regular pottery party for up to 10 children, with pieces taken home unfired, or a $450 party with firing for up to 10 pieces total. The firing limit is 10 pieces per party, not 10 pieces per child. Larger groups and extra pieces require a separate quote.

What happens to our birthday pottery?

With the $350 regular package, children take their pieces home unfired. Unfired clay is fragile and is not food-safe. With the $450 package, up to 10 pieces total stay at the studio for firing and later pickup, usually around three weeks. Ask us about glazing options and the pickup date before booking.

Do parents stay?

Please plan for a parent or guardian to stay unless our team has confirmed a different arrangement for your session. Tell us how many adults will attend and whether they would like to participate so we can confirm space and any added cost.

What should children wear?

Choose comfortable clothes that can get messy and closed-toe shoes. Tie back long hair and keep loose jewelry away from the wheel. Our team will explain how to use the materials and equipment.

Can you help us choose an age-appropriate project?

Yes. Share the children’s age range and any access or support questions with the studio. Handbuilding is a starting point for younger makers, while wheel sessions involve more guided practice. The team will confirm the project, wheel setup and suitability before you pay.
