FAQ
1. What is Color Cocktail Factory?
Color Cocktail Factory is a creative studio offering a variety of art and craft classes, including painting, pottery, and more.
2. How can I book a class?
You can book a class through our website colorcocktailfactory.com or on Eventbrite.
3. What is the cancellation policy?
We do not accept cancellations within 48 hours. If you do cancel, we offer a reschedule fee of five dollars to any Monday or Tuesday. Or $15 for any other day.
4. What should I bring to the class?
We have cloth aprons that we provide. We also sell plastic aprons for $1. Some people prefer to bring a large T-shirt, Close toed shoes, or their own apron. You can also choose to bring you own
small plastic bucket to wash your hands of the clay. We provide several large community buckets to rinse your hands from the clay. We send everyone home with the pieces made (unless you ask us to glaze it for you) if you would prefer to bring a small box to take home your creation feel free to do so.
6. Do you offer private events?
Yes, we host private events for birthdays, corporate team-building, and other special occasions. Contact us for more details.
7. So I made my piece. Now what?
After you create your masterpiece. You can have us glaze it for you. The glaze will make your piece food safe, dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Our glazes start as low as $10 for a basic color. Another option is you can take your piece home the same day and bring it back for a paint your own pottery session. Which can be booked online. This class is perfect if you want to add a personal touch to your pieces. Once pieces are glazed they will then be fired when then takes three weeks for piece pick up.
When your pieces are ready, we will NOT contact you. Please stop by the studio after three weeks during open class hours, which are Monday through Friday 530 to 930 Saturday and Sunday 12 to 930. Once the pieces are fired, we hold them for 60 days. We offer a bisque for five dollars. We do not store any dry clay pieces that have not been paid for.
8. I have a Groupon how do I use this?
Groupon sends out a confirmation email with detailed instructions of our to redeem the code. We also provide this information on our instagram as a permanent story labeled Groupon Redemption with a screen video as well as detailed steps.
But here is another source.
-When you purchase your Groupon you will be given voucher.
On that voucher is a redemption code. That redemption code will then be input at check out on the top empty bar where it states codes, and coupons.
Please input the correct amount of seats you will be utilizing. If for date night you must input two.
This is so we can have an accurate count of guests and not overbook the class.
