This is a pure wheel-throwing pottery course that will take you through the important basics of the process. The course has been designed for beginners.

During this course, you will learn how to wedge clay to prepare it for the throwing process, centering clay on the wheel, how to throw a cylinder (think mugs or cups), a bowl, a bottle, a plate, and how to trim/turn the items you have made to give them a great finish. No previous experience is necessary, and complete beginners are welcome. To glaze your piece, you would need to register for a paint pottery session(for $10)

• In this two hour workshop, you will be shown how to make a set of mugs and a bowl

  1 mug and 1 bowl to fire / 2hr session with our tutor / all materials/firings & glazes

• In this two hour workshop, you will be guided step by step to make a set of mugs.

• This is a great introduction to hand building with clay and is just enough time to gain an understanding of the material and make something you’ll be proud of

• After the session, you will leave your pieces with us, and we will process them for you i.e. glaze and fire in their kiln. We will dip your pieces in a beautiful snow white glaze. They should take about three weeks to process. You can pick them up on Friday Nights(7pm-10pm) or on Saturdays(2 pm - 10pm)

• If however, you would prefer to come back to glaze your mugs yourself we can book you for a Paint Your Own Pottery Session which takes place a few times a week. We can discuss this in more detail and book you in on the day.

• Our goal is to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the basics of hand-building techniques in ceramics, specifically tailored toward creating functional and aesthetically pleasing soap dishes.

In this fun pottery session, participants build vaginas, vagina cups using clay. No previous experience is needed. You will be guided step by step to build a memorable naughty cup that will be microwave and dishwasher safe. The event takes about 100 minutes. All our workshops are BYOB
